"Fantastic “Essential Barista” training course from Steve. Relaxed atmosphere but very informative 3 hour, hands on training teaching us all sorts from coffee history to milk skills. I came just to learn more about coffee to take my skills at home to the next level. Sure I could YouTube lots of it but nothing beats being put on a proper machine, someone in your ear showing exactly how to make that feather design on the coffee. 100% recommend the course and will be back for higher levels in the future. Can hardly walk from all the coffee."
