What are two of your favourite things to do on the weekend?
Firstly, getting as far away from civilisation, preferably in the mountains whilst it’s snowing, and brewing up a super delicate pourover.
Secondly, getting as far away from civilisation, preferably in the mountains (yep, you guessed it) whilst it’s snowing, and brewing up a natural Kenyan with loads of stone-fruit notes with the Aeropress.
What do you love about coffee?
It’s the perfect palette for creativity. There’s scientific skill behind brewing but there’s also artistic flair. More than both of these, I love how you can control all other factors too – the environment you’re drinking in, the cup you’re drinking out of, the packaging and supporting tasting notes.
